Reference: Urgent clearing of 3 years of accounting backlogs and successful submission of financial statements to the National Court Register (KRS) | Skidrow Sp. z o.o.

Skidrow Sp. z o.o. approached us in a crisis situation – after receiving a summons from the registry court demanding the immediate submission of overdue financial statements under penalty of a severe fine. Scope of work performed: complete reconstruction of the accounting books for the financial years 2023, 2024, and 2025; preparation of overdue annual financial statements in XML format (e-Sprawozdania); preparation of a complete set of shareholder resolutions and minutes of the shareholders' meeting; verification of settlements and record-keeping obligations; full technical and substantive support with the authorization and successful submission of documents to the Financial Documents Repository (RDF/PRS). Thanks to efficient organization and the commitment of the team (including outside standard working hours), all overdue statements were accepted without objections by the National Court Register (KRS), and coercive enforcement proceedings were successfully averted.
